In nature, a seedcase is a vibrant vessel designed to surround seeds for a time in order to nurture them, protect them from damage, and help them transition into flourishing plants.
This was the perfect metaphor for what we do — creating space to facilitate growth, to guide and lead people insightfully into what is next. It is strategic, heart-centered and effective work, rooted in relationships, rest and play.
